These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website swissgerman‑foreveryone.ch (“Website”) and all services provided by SwissGerman For Everyone, operated by freelance language teacher Rahel Roth, registered in Spain.
By accessing the Website, purchasing a course, subscribing to the self‑study platform, or booking lessons, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or its services.
Persons under the age of 18 should use this Website only with the supervision of an Adult. Payment Information must be provided by or with the permission of an Adult.
SwissGerman For Everyone offers:
- Self‑paced online courses with video lessons, available through a monthly subscription.
2. Live online group courses delivered via Zoom, with a fixed duration depending on the course.
3. Private lessons delivered online and scheduled individually via WhatsApp.
Additional digital materials (PDFs, audio files, worksheets) may be included depending on the course.
To access the self‑study platform or certain course materials, users must create an account using their email address and password.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.
Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
Accounts cannot currently be deleted by users; account‑related questions may be directed to the contact email.
SwissGerman For Everyone reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.
Subscriptions are billed monthly.
A 1‑day free trial is provided before the first charge.
Users may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
Subscriptions can be reactivated at any time.
No refunds are provided for subscription payments, including partial months or unused access.
- Group courses are live online classes with a fixed duration.
- Once registered and paid, no refunds are provided under any circumstances.
- If a student cannot attend a session, no refunds or credits are issued.
- Students receive replay access until the end of the course.
- All course materials and replays are archived and closed one month after the course ends.
- If the teacher must cancel a session, a replacement session will be scheduled.
- Private lessons are scheduled via WhatsApp.
- Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson are fully charged.
- No‑shows are not refunded.
- All private lessons and lesson packages must be paid in advance.
- Lesson packages are non‑refundable.
Payment methods:
- Bank transfer for private lessons
- Card payment (via the Website) for subscriptions and group courses
Teaching services provided by SwissGerman For Everyone are exempt from VAT under Spanish tax regulations.
All prices are listed in the currency shown on the Website.
Digital materials (PDFs, audio files, worksheets, downloads) are delivered electronically.
Digital content is non‑refundable once access is granted.
Access to digital content may be time‑limited depending on the course.
All content provided by SwissGerman For Everyone—including videos, PDFs, worksheets, audio files, graphics, text, and course structure—is protected by copyright.
Users receive a personal, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive license to access the materials for their own learning.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Sharing, copying, distributing, or reselling materials
Screen‑recording or downloading videos without permission
Uploading materials to other platforms
Using materials for teaching or commercial purposes without prior written consent
Teachers or institutions wishing to use the materials must request permission in advance.
